Billie’s “Honey To The B” album was released in June of 1998 and it entered the charts at # 17 officially. The singles from that album were all Top 2 singles and Billie became the youngest foreign female artist to ever have three No. 1 singles off a debut album on the South African charts ! Billie’s sophomore album, “Walk Of Life” was well received by record buyers and got to # 10, doing better than her first album initially, but sales drastically fell when Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson both released albums a few weeks after Billie in 2000. Billie quickly went out of fashion as shown by the sales of the singles from this album. However, hope springs eternal.
